Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the equipment in its original shipping container, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.
Ship the Product
Send the package via a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for use or damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
